Additional Commissioner Coordination Dr. Saifullah paid a surprise visit to Sahiwal Teaching Hospital. He inspected the OPD, emergency department, various wards, as well as the Crutch Center and the Cardiac Center.
He issued instructions regarding the effective use of the sound system in the Cardiac Center to help reduce the difficulties faced by patients and staff.
During the visit, the cleanliness situation was also reviewed, and clear instructions were given to the concerned staff regarding hospital cleanliness, patient safety, and the protection of patients’ belongings.
The Additional Commissioner Coordination met patients under treatment in different wards and inquired about the availability of medicines and the behavior of doctors.
