Named after the brave son of the soil, the facility aims to provide a vital lifeline for the underprivileged and deserving residents of the area.

The ceremony was marked by emotional scenes as the dispensary was formally inaugurated by the mother of Captain Usman Shaheed. Her presence served as a poignant reminder of the ultimate sacrifice made by the martyr, drawing deep respect and tributes from all attendees.
