Who named the city Chichawatni? History of Chichawatni

Chichawatni (Sahiwal News) Talking about the history of Chichawatni, we have to explore the history of the old Chichawatni from where the settlement of this city started. The settlement of New Chichawatni from the railway line to the bypass took place at the beginning of the 20th century, while the history of Old Chichawatni dates back several centuries. Some historians attribute the history of Chichawatni to the King Sher Shah Suri of the 16th century, while others attribute the history of Chichawatni to Raja Dahir of the 7th century. Some historians date it even earlier to the time of Alexander the Great. Since all these times are so distant that now we will have to be content only with book knowledge. There is another difficulty in tracing the history of the city. And that is that there were a lot of Sikhs and Hindus in this city who migrated at the time of partition and settled in the cities of Jalandhar, Ludhiana and Amritsar in Indian Punjab. They also took the golden chapters...

Is Fattah Missile of Iran Hypersonic?

After Iran’s “Fattah Missile” launch on Israel, defense circles are actively debating whether the missile is supersonic or hypersonic. The Fattah-1 hypersonic missile reportedly has a range of 1,400 kilometers and is capable of evading and destroying all missile defense systems. It belongs to a generation of solid-fuel missiles with speeds reaching Mach 13 to 15 before hitting its target. Mach 15 translates to around 5 kilometers per second, which exceeds the typical speed of hypersonic missiles. At the unveiling ceremony of the Fattah-1 missile, Amir Ali Hajizadeh, commander of the IRGC Aerospace Force, stated that the missile is extremely fast and cannot be destroyed by any existing missile system. Following the unveiling, a billboard was placed in Tehran’s Palestine Square as a warning to Israel. It read: "Tel Aviv in 400 seconds." Four months ...

Does Pakistan possess hypersonic missile technology?

Islamabad - When we talk about Pakistan's weapons systems and missile technology, it would be accurate to say that Pakistan currently does not possess any hypersonic missiles. Although Pakistan’s missile program is quite strong and balanced, there has not yet been any official announcement, demonstration, or successful test in the field of hypersonic technology. Most of Pakistan’s existing missiles are either ballistic or cruise missiles, with speeds that are either supersonic (faster than the speed of sound but less than Mach 5) or subsonic (slower than the speed of sound). Notable missiles include Shaheen-III, Ghauri, Abdali, Babur, and Ra'ad, which have impressive range and accuracy, and are considered vital components of Pakistan’s defense strategy. However, none of them fall under the category of hypersonic missiles. Hypersonic missiles are those that travel at speeds of Mach 5 or above, meaning they fly at five times the speed of sound. These missiles are not only ext...
