Sahiwal Education Board: Online Complaint Cell Established for Matric Exams 2026

SAHIWAL – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sahiwal has finalized its preparations to ensure the transparent and peaceful conduct of the Matric (1st Annual) Examination 2026.

In a proactive move to facilitate students and staff, a specialized Online Complaint Cell has been established within the Matric Branch. The cell will operate under the direct supervision of Ahmad Raza, In-charge of the Matric Branch.

How to File a Complaint

Controller of Examinations, Dr. Naveed Azmat, released an official statement outlining the various channels available for students, parents, heads of institutions, and supervisory staff to report issues or corruption:

  • Manual Application: Can be submitted directly to the Board office.

  • Helpline Numbers: For immediate assistance, contact 040-9200521 or 0300-6684820.

Dr. Azmat emphasized that all received complaints will be resolved on a daily basis to prevent any disruption to the examination process.

CCTV Monitoring and Central Control Room

To maintain the integrity of the exams, a Central Control Room has been set up at the Board headquarters. All examination centers will be under continuous CCTV surveillance, allowing for the real-time detection and prevention of cheating or any illegal activities.

Social Media Warning and Legal Consequences

The Controller issued a stern warning against the misuse of technology and social media during the exam period:

  1. Digital Malpractice: Sharing or advertising question papers on social media platforms is strictly prohibited.

  2. Prohibited Devices: Using mobile phones or cameras to photograph or record question papers is considered a serious crime.

  3. Strict Penalties: Any individual found disrupting the examination process or violating the law may face up to 3 years of imprisonment and a fine of 50,000 PKR.

Board officials reiterated that these stringent measures are designed to protect the rights of hardworking students and uphold public trust in the examination system.
